    FELICIA JONES: I spoke with Michelle and things seemed hopeful. I called based on a reference from a local. When they moved the date up 24 days, I called and texted to let them know because I was ready to retain. Instead of answering and saying they would or could not take the case, they stopped responding. THEN the firm actually gave a referral to use an attorney who has only 1 review that is recent with⭐️to the family member who I had call to speak for him/herself. Egregious. RR Rockwell and WS Smith are our Atlanta attorneys, so maybe my expectations are too high. Its a little hard to measure up to greatness. I will say that if they take you, you might end up good based on other reviews, but the ⭐️ is for the referral. There is a price for justice and you get what you pay for.

    Jessica Johnson: I had to initiate any and all contact. No information was ever shared about what was happening on my case or any updates. They filed for the Social security office to redetermine my sons case. Thats the only thing they did. They were paid $5000. They received there fee and I still had to wait a year to get my back pay. They still didnt tell me what was happening. I had to call and speak to someone after calling and emailing and getting nowhere. It wasnt worth what they received. I could have paid another attorney a base pay of around $2500 and had a better experience.
