1 /5 John Carrco: I contacted this company for my insurance needs. I was dealing with a woman named Donna. To say the least, the customer service she gives is beyond horrible. I emailed her and says went by and I had to keep following up. Weeks passed and contacted the local Bartow office. Left her messages. Every time Donna had an excuse of why she couldn’t call me back or that her work load is too much. It was 3 weeks by then and I still didn’t have a quote. I contacted another company same day and had insurance same day. I would not recommend using Donna her this company.
