1 /5 Chau Nguyen: Never have ever dealt with a company with this kind of service. Worst ever! only texts, cannot talk to person or a manager ever. Their Payment Portal is STILL in Beta. made payment on 9/8 but their "502 system error" caused it to not appear even though funds were withdrawn from my bank account. Have to wait 45-90 days till my bank finish their investigation now on why funds were withdrawn... Rude and demanding customer agents who take No accountability for why their payment portal Failed. no manager to talk to. Unbelievably high interest rates. Avoid! borrowed $2900 , they took 7% origination fees up front then charge 10 weekly payments of $571.05 every single week. (not even bi weekly like every other lender in America). so thats about $5700 on 2700 loan..... Horrific customer service agents who threaten you, who are reluctant to give their names. asked 3 times before "Charlie" and "Betty" gave their names via text. Unbelievable, this company will not be in business long with this horrific service. "digital first" company where payment portal is in Beta, the irony. Run away and avoid this company at all costs!

1 /5 Top Prospects Basketball Academy: At first, the service seemed to be awesome, we got our money, paid them back, thinking that were establishing a solid relationship. Boy, was I wrong for thinking that. Giggle has terrible customer service. They lied about the offer; the original offer was $2300, but it was reduced to $700. You cant verbally talk to anyone; all communication is done VIA text. I just paid off the previous loan in full on time, and still dont honor or value the customer. This is my experience. I asked questions about the change. I told them I didnt want the $700; they cancelled the contract and told me they wont be working with me in the future.

2 /5 Lamont Smith: I gave them two stars because they are really great. They’re fast and the payments are reasonable. My only problem is they say that they are going to report to the credit bureaus but that’s absolutely not true. I’ve gotten three different loans from them and have never gotten a report to the bureaus And I’ve never missed a single payment. Other than that. They are a great company to get a loan from.

One payment was declined by my bank (which I resolved immediately), and the most recent issue happened because the wrong account was charged, which I wasn’t aware of until after the fact. Instead of handling the matter with professionalism or offering a simple courtesy notice, I was met with threats of being reported to the credit bureaus and an incredibly aggressive tone. When I brought up my concerns, the response I received was dismissive and disrespectful, essentially blaming me while ignoring the context. While I fully understand and intend to honor the terms of the agreement, my concern is with the way this company communicates with its clients. I’ve been a responsible borrower and handled these rare issues promptly, yet the communication I received was combative, lacking any sense of understanding, and completely unprofessional. When I asked for a copy of their credit reporting policy to better understand their process, they didn’t provide it. Instead, they abruptly told me the issue was “closed.” This lack of transparency is unacceptable—especially when the company chooses to report to credit bureaus, regardless of whether they label their product a loan or not. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The lack of integrity, the disrespectful communication, and the willingness to escalate without meaningful conversation are serious red flags. They would be wise to hire only respectful, qualified individuals to handle customer relations—especially when dealing with sensitive financial matters. Choose a company that values professionalism and treats its clients with basic respect.
