5 /5 Amy Palmer: Shelley and her team were amazing to work with. Being new to the area I was looking for a quote. Upon providing information, a ding on my report was coming up. I explained the incident that occurred and she suggested I reach out to that insurance company as it sounded like it may have been coded wrong. Did as she suggested and they also agree it was coded wrong FOR TWO YEARS! Holy cow. If only I had someone to walk me through and talk to me about it, I could have been saving this WHOLE time! Highly recommend as they are thorough and very knowledgeable.
