Buddy Kennedy: Very unprofessional and the account manager didnt even know you could change your social security deposit online and over the phone as well. I was also basically called a liar when I tried to inform her that you could. I was told "it must be magic" . Evidently in her ignorance she could not figure out how to do so for her grandmother and when I called to tell her I was successful in doing so my application for an ATM card "magically " disappeared. Well abra cadabra my account is about to dissappear and reappear elsewhere. I recommend you avoid this happy little good ole boy credit union.
