OK, No Problem I said! I sent wire instructions and asked them to waive the $35.00 wire fee.The response was NO. I had to wait a week for your employees emergency and you couldnt reciprocate my understanding by waiving a $35.00 fee? Ill let the readers decide how professional your company behaved.
