It was extremely fast, and I didnt have to wait or drop it off and come back later. This was a great local, family owned business. I highly recommend this business for your next jewelry purchase. He also said they do custom work for one of a kind piece you want for yourself or your partner.

5 /5 Grace: Impressed by how quick and beautifully Hayes Jewelry was able to resize my engagement ring! The woman who helped me was very considerate and took the time to measure my ring and finger multiple times to ensure we picked the best size to go down to. She also gave me recommendations on a wedding band, which I appreciated because I haven’t put much thought into it at all yet. I’m very impressed that my ring was ready the next day! I was expecting those ring sizing beads to be placed on it, but I didn’t realize that they use laser so the change in the band is seamless and almost imperceptible. It’s beautiful and fits perfectly. We are so happy that we chose to work with them locally, rather than shipping the ring back to the retailer it was purchased from. Thank you so much!

Megan Gram: I found Govind & Sons while searching for someone to reset a coin into a necklace. This wasn’t just any coin, it’s a family heirloom that was sewn into my great-grandmother’s sweater when she escaped Yugoslavia during the war. My grandmother had a bezel made for it, but I always felt that the original bezel took away from the beauty of the coin. When I brought it to Govind & Sons, they were able to use the same gold and recreate a new bezel that not only protected the coin better but also let its beauty truly shine. I was ecstatic. I get compliments all the time, and it means so much to finally wear such a powerful piece of my family’s history. During that visit, I also found out they do fully custom pieces. My mom and I had been searching for over 2 years for the right emerald jewelry to honor my late father, but nothing ever felt quite right. We came back together and worked with them to design custom emerald rings, and we are obsessed. The day I picked up my custom ring, I got two compliments that same afternoon. These pieces are so meaningful, as silly as it sounds Ive cried over them. They carry deep sentimental value and will be passed down for generations. They are amazing to work with and so helpful along the way. Needless to say, I’ll absolutely be turning to Govind & Sons for any future pieces, even after I move. Garrett Bryant: I am in no way a watch snob; I simply wanted maintenance. I dropped off my 50-year-old Seiko 6105 (a $1,500 watch with family history) after seeing the positive reviews for water intrusion repair and maintenance. The shop said they would send it to their trusted watchmaker. After one month, they called for payment, then radio silence for another month. A short text later said it was “almost done,” and after another month, I called only to be told immediately it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the owner claimed everything was fixed. Upon inspection, multiple droplets of water were inside the watch on the dial before I had even left the shop. They promised to fix it, but when I asked to see the old parts, I was told they had been thrown away. Reviewing my own photos, I realized they had also polished the case (due to "damage from the vise jaws"), work I never requested, and ruining the original finish, something no quality watchmaker does. The shop admitted to polishing the case, and that water was still able to get in. This service cost $500 and took three months. My watch was returned in worse condition than when I dropped it off, without the original problem solved. Given the missing parts and ongoing water intrusion, I seriously doubt any meaningful mechanical work was done. Now I have to take it to another shop. The owner issued a full refund and apologized, claiming this “had never happened before.” My experience was a complete waste of time. If you value your watch, avoid this shop entirely; do not trust them.
