I was promised a reimbursement for a service that they did not properly explain and neglected to inform me of the cost of the service that I really didnt need. Its been 2 months now all I get is we are looking into it and at this point they do not even take my calls. They are either in a meeting or on vacation and do not call me back. I would not recommend working with this group.
