5 /5 Dana L: i cannot express how much I love this gym and personal trainers, Vanessa and Jordan. I started my journey to improve my health 1 year ago after my 60th birthday. I was out of shape, overweight, constantly exhausted and had memory problems that I thought started with menopause. I met with my trainers and we went over my goals, my physical limitations (back problems) and created a healthy eating plan. After 1 year of training 3 times a week, I have more energy, my brain fog has lifted and i lost over 30 lbs and had to buy new clothes in a much smaller size. I finally feel like myself again. If you think you won’t be able to workout with weights because you are over 60 and/or out of shape, I am proof that it is possible. I also love this gym because they offer private training sessions so for those who still worry about covid, there are never more than 4 people at my training sessions. Make a commitment to your health and you will not believe how much better you will feel.
