5 /5 nupi: I absolutely adore this location! The staff, the cleanliness, the other members! It’s just absolutely wonderful. Best way to wind down after a long day. I’ve only been coming here a couple months and I can testify these aren’t any ol’ saunas! I’ve lost 8 lbs so far, I’m sleeping better, and my figure! Amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could.

5 /5 Jennifer Gniadecki: Hotworx is incredible I feel such a difference in the way I feel! So much more energy, happier, and I sleep incredibly. I can tell a difference on the days that I don’t work out here I feel very sluggish and even doing the 15 minute sessions I’ll go home and have the energy to clean after working a full day at work. It’s seriously life changing to me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m so happy with Hotworx!

3 /5 Hayle C: This studio is so nice, everything is neat and organized and i love coming to get a good sweater when im visiting my family! However the bikes in this studio are much different than the bikes I’ve used at all the other Hotworx studios I’ve been to. Sadly the seats do not adjust to a way that suits my height (I’m pretty tall) and i even asked the staff (who are very nice!) and they were even stumped and agreed that the bikes looked a little funny for my height, and can’t leave a cycle class without my back hurting :(. Otherwise the other classes are great, but the cycle classes are a pass for me.

5 /5 Dustin Barrett: The staff was very friendly/helpful getting started. The facility was spacious and clean. There are 6-8 saunas with classes going on, non-stop. Some saunas have rowers or bikes in them. There is a weight station in the back. I live out of town but did the free class online and it was really a fun experience.

She was then able to join the boynton ymca Rays swim team which has completely transformed how she swims. I am incredibly happy how much she has improved in her swim skills. They are given the opportunity to practice 4 times a week with their coaches. The coaches have been great and very responsive. I now have full confidence in her swimming abilities and relieved as a parent that I know she is safe in the water. Every swim meet I have seen her improve in her skill and speed. She was 6-7 years old going into this which I think was a great age to start.

The energy was absolutely amazing—uplifting, motivating, and exactly what I needed. The studio has such a beautiful vibe, from the atmosphere to the people, and the workout itself was both challenging and fun. I left feeling stronger, lighter, and full of positive energy. TRX Training Center Gym - Delray Beach

Sheila: This was my first time taking a TRX & YBell Fusion class. Initially I was intimidated by the Suspension Trainers and assortment of f YBells. However, Dan quickly put me at ease. It was clear within moments of the class that he is a seasoned coach. His instruction embodies the characteristics requisite to deliver a workout suited for all levels of familiarity and fitness. Paring clear and concise communication with ergonomically excellent demonstrations, Dan ensured that all participants understood how to prevent injury and achieve endurance and strength. Further, his impeccable time management enabled him to simultaneously lead a full class and provide 1:1 modifications. After the class, he took the time to introduce himself and get to know me as both an athlete and an individual. He went above and beyond offering me the experience of using Normatec compression boots to ensure my recovery would be expedited. I am excited to take my next class with him and further my TRX journey!
