The schedule is easy to read and offers a wide variety of styles. On boarding allows you to understand the space and feel comfortable. All equipment is provided no need to bring your own. There are all kinds of bells and whistles in the main area. Body spray /room spray. Swag wear that is adores! Stop in. Give this virtual workout a shot.

I’ve only gotten stronger and even on the days I don’t want to workout I come because there’s no better feeling than working out in these saunas!

5 /5 Jamie Gardea: What a great concept. I love that it’s open 24 hours and the class options are endless. I can always find a class to join on the drop of a dime. The workouts in the sauna are key for me. I love saunas and have done true hot yoga for years. The yoga is not a traditional flow but hoping that will change over time.

Eden Porter: Great visits this weekend during a brief out of town trip. Both the members and staff were very welcoming and positive, and the members were proud to describe it as “the best OTF in the area, if not the state” to this out of towner. Appreciated the enthusiasm and engaging coaching by both Danae and Shakyra, the awesome photo display of their members’ accomplishments, and the support of community-focused causes. Will probably be another year before I’m back in town, but I’d recommend this OTF location to anyone in the area (permanently or visiting)!

This is a fantastic studio for any yogi beginner to advanced!

T C: This place is in a great location with easy access and parking. I was in town for the week and as a competitive lifter I need to get training in. They had everything I need equipment wise. Perfect for heavy lifting and moderate lifting. They keep the place clean, organized, and well equipped. The staff was great and easy to work with- kudos to Mark and Gina!

Andrew Schiller: I did a week-long drop-in at CrossFit AMI and this place was amazing! From the moment I walked in, Kirk and members made me feel like part of the family. The programming was top-tier, well-structured, challenging, and thoughtfully scaled to push you without overwhelming. Each workout had a clear purpose, and the coaches did a great job explaining the intent and helping everyone get the most out of it. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area. Had a blast and will be returning every time I come back to the island!

River walk workout - Bradenton

Sarah Murphy: Needs worked on. I used to go here after work. Now items are broken and cant be used. One of the trx band handles is broken. One of the bicycle pedals is stuck and no longer potatoes rendering the item useless. So sad. I loved this area when I couldnt make it to the gym or was on call at the hospital.
