5 /5 Glen MacNicol: HRB is always conveniently located. The employees are professional, but not stiff or formal. They make me feel welcome and I get clear, well explained service. This year they made a point of making sure I saw the same person to prepare my return as last year and it was really nice to work with someone familiar. Excellent service.

5 /5 chet novicki: Cant beat it. Reasonably priced, great service, no hassles. Basically, all I did was drop off my tax forms and upload some others, waited a couple of weeks, then went back and signed. Took about 20 minutes (total for both trips, but you dont even have to go into the office if you dont want to - you can do the whole thing online). Ive been doing it like this for a few years now and it completely removes all the hassles and anxiety associated with doing your taxes. I love it!

5 /5 Goblin WarKnight: The H&R Block representative(Daphne) was (as always) helpful and pleasant to do business with as well as the rest of the staff I interacted with as I waited in the waiting room/area for about 30-40 minutes waiting for Daphne whom I have do my taxes each year. I know the only reason I had to wait is because I had to work on my scheduled appointment the day before and just walked in without an appointment this time. So for the question about wait time below I marked as (5) because thats all on me. All others are a reflection of how great your employees are and how comfortable they made me(and the few other costumers there at that time) feel.

1 /5 Hillary Carew: If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I filed our taxes with Daphne and it has been the worst experience. I have tried to file a complaint through H&R Block as well as a supervisor and I get no response. She failed to do her job and has been very unprofessional and ugly through the whole process. On top of that, I am still having to wait hours on hold with the IRS to get issues resolved for things she didn’t do. Whatever you do, don’t use her.
