They sell This gym represents the bodybuilding culture in Miami. The equipment is more old school. There’s size and deadlift platforms on the floor. The back section has a lot of leg machines. Overall good and I do recommend

1 /5 Liany Curbelo: Everything is broken rusted and dirty, with nothing available for cleaning off the sweat. Some machines are held together by tape. The trainers are either very rude and curse at you for using gym equipment. or very touchy and in your personal space for no reason.

It was really hard in the beginning but the trainer Kathy is so amazing. She made me feel like a warrior she explains everything work out perfectly. Everyone in this gym is so friendly, the coaches are absolutely incredible, the equipment is all fantastic, and the owner is always incredibly kind and responsive! The group class workouts are always varied and fun With a clear long-term goal in mind for us to increase in strength and health. I cannot tell you how impressed we are with this gym! My parents are in their 60s and the coaches work with them to adjust any exercises if needed and everyone gets individualized advice to their level. This is a great atmosphere where everyone just wants to be healthy and improve a little bit each day! I 100% recommend this gym!!!

Orbelis Almeida: Very nice place where you can work out without the lines of people on every machine. Very friendly owner and locals. Only bad thing is some of the cushions on 1 or 2 machines are damaged and some of the 2nd floor machines are really out of date. Other than that, this is a great place where you can come and focus on your work out. The plans are very affordable specially for women, and best of all you dont have to give all your personal information such as YouFit and no contracts such as LA Fitness. Great gym would recomend to anyone that comutes or lives nearby.
