Jessica Eastep: I was on vacation in Pompano and so thrilled to have a studio right around the corner on the water and within walking distance. I went 3 times and had different teachers each time. They were all so friendly and welcoming and taught excellent flows. The studio space was clean and inviting. They opened the doors on both sides and a great breeze comes through during the class. It was relaxing and exactly what my body needed to start my days. I will revisit when back in the area!

karla pardo: I absolutely love this studio! Coach Sofi is amazing, she’s so passionate about what she does, and you can really feel it in every class. I’ve only been going for about a month and already noticed huge improvements in my energy, endurance, and mobility. The group classes are the perfect size because they are small enough that Sofi can give you personal attention when you need it, but still full of fun energy and motivation. The whole studio has such a positive vibe everyone is encouraging, and you can tell the trainers genuinely care about helping you get better. All the coaches are super skilled and knowledgeable, and it’s clear they’re constantly learning and improving too. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and happier. Couldn’t recommend it enough

F45 Training The Cove - Deerfield Beach

Carla S: I’ve been working out at F45 The Cove for almost a year now, and I seriously love it. The energy in the studio is always amazing — it keeps me motivated and excited to show up, even on the tough days. I’m not a super social person, but even the people there are really cool and supportive. The vibe is friendly and encouraging without being overwhelming — you can just come in, do your thing, and feel good. Reggie is the best coach ever. He’s super knowledgeable, always brings the hype, and actually cares about how you’re doing. He pushes you just enough and makes sure you’re doing things right. You can tell he really wants everyone to succeed, and that makes such a big difference. I’ve tried a few other gyms in the area before, but nothing compares to this. The workouts at F45 are fun, challenging, and never boring. I’ve seen way more progress here than anywhere else. If you’re thinking about joining, do it! The vibe, the people, and the coaching are all next level.

Anthony Benitez: Too many young teens and former employees that probably dont have a membership come in and walk right past the check in desk, the employees in the front desk are either to scared to do their job or they know them. Corporate has to put and end to this. I pay for a membership while this gym is open to the public and they dont pay. Please put an end to this. Also raise the hours, clean, suspend people that follow the rules and maybe finance new equipment. Im gonna emphasize that you are probably losing a lot of money just letting these teens and former employees friends that tag along just come in for free.

Diana Gavrilova: I have been coming here for 3 years, and love everything about the studio. The instructors are very knowledgeable and happy to assist. Due to my schedule, I have not been able to try every instructor, but have loved my classes with Corbin, Veronica, Erica, Meka, and Kate. The studio has both heated and unheated rooms. The heated room has infrared panels and cushioned flooring. It is always very clean. Highly recommend for beginners and experienced yogis!
