5 /5 Michael Carter: Mike and the team at Insight Financial have been nothing short of stellar. They were able to secure a sizable settlement from a seriously delinquent account. When I felt I was out of options and facing the reality of securing zero on the delinquent debt, a client of Insight Financial said I should give them a try. I did not enter into the relationship with any expectations and figured, it could not hurt to let them chase what I had been chasing unsuccessfully for almost a year. Mike’s team provided a portal that kept me informed about the process as it was unfolding. Things went quiet and I figured I was back where I started. Little did I know that Mike and his team were working their process thoroughly behind the scenes. Then….I received an email with a settlement offer! The offer was more than I ever thought I would receive but significantly lower than anything fair. After communicating this with Mike and his team, they were able to negotiate another 30%! And they were able to negotiate swift payment. Moving forward, Mike and his team should be considered as the first option and not the last resort. I would be comfortable simply using Mike and his team as the collections arm for any aged receivables.
