1 /5 Roberta Rayford: I would rate this company a 0 if I could. They never return calls. You mentioned below that there was an outage and that has been fixed. I just called again and no one answered. Ive left another voicemail. Is the number still listed on your business page correct? Is there another number customers should be calling? Ive never seen anything like this.

1 /5 Alex: This company matched me with an insurance policy that turned out to be a scam. I have been trying to cancel my policy, but despite leaving multiple messages, no one has called me back. As a result, I may need to contact the Florida Insurance Commissioner to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against using this company—save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

1 /5 Amy Krell: Richard Land, Agent doesnt do his job. He wont return multiple phone calls or emails. Have to resort to contacting the state of Florida Insurance Commissioner to get help with a policy he screwed up. Trust me - seek out a different Agent. This company is not worth your time.

1 /5 Larry Miller: Worst customer service. The two agents are argumentative, rude and ignore your messages. They forget who the customer is. Wont put up their names. Id give them a zero rating, but it wouldnt let me.
