Even though I no longer live in the area of the office, Ive been told I have to come into the office to receive service. Now, lately, theyll answer the phone and tell you theyll call you back, but never call back, then try to cover themselves by lying about anything that will seemingly cover their back. Today, was the straw that broke the camels back. I called 3 times yesterday, being told I would receive a call back, then never did. I was then told I would be called at 9am today, to receive a call at 10am, which defeated the purpose of my call altogether... They say theyre too busy, so, I say stay away, they dont need your business anyway, they dont have time to help you. I wanted to select 0 stars, alas, I cannot.
