    pat mclaughlin: Their failure of communication was horrendous. To lower my premiums, I had a new roof put on my house. I sent in the wind mitigation report - never heard from my agent, 3 weeks later I called to follow up with her, I was told that I did not sign the report. I questioned her as to why she never contacted to let me know. She could not give me a reason. Finally 2 months later I receive a revised premium that was $1,000 less then I was paying. I was happy about that until I realized the revised premium would not go into effect until August- 5 months later. If the revised premium went into effect immediately I would receive a little over a $900 refund. Through this whole process she never once called me, what little communication was done was through email. Needless to say I have canceled my policy and found another carrier that reduced my premium by $1,500 and increased my coverage. I can tell you this was not first time I was disappointed with her lack of follow - but being a client over 4 years I would have expected at least a phone call regarding this issue.

    Michael: Completely screwed us on our taxes... come to find out, Mr wardlow doesnt do any of the work its all done by the assistants which would of been fine if everything was in order. Impossible to get a hold of, does not return calls and literally has no idea of whats going on in his office. Cost us bigtime this year because he failed to complete our deductions out of sheer laziness and you would think at least if the assistant does the work that he would at least double check it but nope. Cost us more than i want to admit but luckily i found another local cpa who was astonished at the incomplete tax forms they turned in and was able to get me back almost 20k through a tax revision. At a time i really needed their service the most, they put me even deeper in the whole then i could ever of imagined. DO NOT RECOMMEND .
