They not only did a great job resizing the ring but made it look brand new. My husband also purchased a beautiful certified tanzanite ring as a surprise. The customer service was amazing made us feel like family. We purchased a few other beautiful pieces. Definitely will be returning for future purchases.

Angelo Santa Cruz: If I could leave no stars i would. They promote all their gold at low cost but it’s all bs hollow Chains. The solid chains are SOOOOO over priced!! They apparently don’t sell gold by weight but by piece! When I went to exchange a gift my wife purchased me they said I couldn’t and it was only 2 days!!! The old lady was unprofessional!! I called twice and the employees said I could get a refund. She claimed that I could exchange for some equal to the value of what was purchased!! Not to mention since I was a return she prioritized the people who were potential buyers who came in after me! No employee speak English.

I should’ve called that being said their webpage says they’re open on Tuesdays till 7 pm I paid for an Uber there had to wait for an Uber to come back never go there if that’s how they run their business. Don’t use them. I even called them. No answer. Don’t use them. Find another jeweler.

Come to find out a few days later it’s actually supposed to be $2000 before taxes due to the weight and quality. I bought the piece trusting the team there since I always do business and my family also go there to do business and get pieces fixed. Sadly it hurts to find out I’ve been robbed 2 grand but thank the lords I found a new jewelry business I can trust that’ll sell me the right price and doesn’t do shady business. Hope this helps someone. I spoke with my jeweler also and I was informed that yes what Google is correct in pricing not perfect but around 2200-2400$ is the price It should’ve been sold after taxes being included.

Mohammad Salam: My metal frame glasses were messed up and I called to see if it could be fixed. He was very polite, spoke both English and Spanish fluently and said to stop on by. He gave me a price and called me when it was done. The glasses were good as new and I was incredibly happy with the work and service I saw from this jewelry shop. Would highly recommend. He only takes cash though so just a heads up to grab some cash before heading there. (Totally worth a stop by the atm beforehand).
