He also gave me a great deal on my wedding band. I will definitely be returning to shop there. Best prices in town, top quality jewelry and great customer service.

1 /5 Andres Algarin: Decided to walk in to the store in my day off comfortable clothes and guess we didn’t look “up to par” so we were received coldly and dismissively by the owner. Me and my fiancé were looking for wedding bands but after seeing the lack of hospitality we were out in less then 5 minutes. The sales associate seemed unsure and confused with every question we asked and overall was an unfavorable experience. Would not recommend unless you wear some nice jewelry and look like you’re going to spend a lot.

Rita Marin-Pose: Negative experience. PRICES RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. I bought a charm and paid excessive because I felt in love with it. Wanted to buy a bracelet. I was cuoted a price high for a 10k hollow bracelet. I called and asked Reinier to see if he could do a little better, he promised to call me because even though it is a jewelry store it only opens Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. Very strange business hours. He never called me back, about a week after I called again and he said he didnt care to call me back because that was the best price. He then raised the price by $70. When I told him about why even more when he had given me a price already he just said now he could probably make more. How about his word to a customer who already bought from him and was waiting for his response? Not important in his policy to do business. Honestly shame on him.

Not to mention, they charged me half the price of what I was quoted at a major jeweler who also would’ve had to ship it out to be resized, which would’ve taken 2+ weeks. Excellent craftsmanship, unbeatable prices, and phenomenal customer service.
