People need a break, not taken advantage of. If you dont want to get ripped off, stay far away from this place. Disgusting.

Summie Permanent Jewelry Naples FL - Naples

Rita I: Such a great experience getting our first permanent bracelets at Summie! It’s located in a business office inside this salon suite located next to Tacos & tequila. We made appointments the day before which allows a 30 minute time frame for 2 people. My fiancé and I got a gold filled and a gold bracelet with 2 charms each. It ended up being about $350 for both its a bit pricey but we hope they will last a while. Sarah was the person who helped us with our bracelets, she was very friendly and professional! They provide instructions at the end on how to care for your jewelry and if it ever breaks off (within one year), you can bring it back and they will reconnect it at no charge, as long as it doesn’t get lost of course. I loved how many different chain options they provided, from silver, gold filled, 14k gold, a lot of different charms were available as well that were also silver, gold filled and even some 14k gold charms. They also have so different accessories like earrings, and hair clips for purchase. A lot of parking available in the plaza and they have some restrooms in the building as well if needed with vending machines. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment before going because it’s a small area and that way you have plenty of time to make a decision. I will definitely be back and bring some friends and family!

I may be one of their most basic but Daniel was able to create a design for heirloom diamonds and combine them with mine to create a truly beautiful set for me. He is pure magic. When a bracelet fit wasn’t quite right, the owner sent it to the maker in Italy and had it expanded so it is perfect - without charging me more. It’s a special shop, I hope you enjoy it.

Theresa Mckell: William Phelps Custom Jeweler did the most amazingly fabulous work completely redoing my original wedding ring. John and Aaron worked together and used the diamonds from the original setting to create this most stunning piece to be paired with my band. They credit me for the original gold that was melted down. This credit was applied to the overall cost in which I was quoted, and agreed to, at the very start. Also, I was given back any unused original diamonds, no matter how small or if ever used again. All diamonds were counted at the start and accounted for in the end. I would HIGHLY recommend them to update (rework) a piece of any kind for anyone. Wonderful, extremely talented, and 100% trustworthy to work with, from start to finish—could not have asked or wanted for more. Beyond thrilled with my new GORGEOUS set!!!! HUGE thanks to John and Aaron!!!!

K Coppock: I went into Certified Jewelers in Naples today to see about selling some gold. I was getting three estimates and this was my second stop. Henry (owner) started looking at my gold. I told him I was looking for the best price and he was my second stop. He asked, "whats the first price you got?" I said, "Im not telling you that". He said, "I cant waste my time if you might not sell to me". As he talked, he started looking at the gold anyway. He told me hed offer $5000. I said, "the Diamond District offered $5600", while picking up my gold. He said, "See! Thats why I dont usually do that". Then he started saying The Diamond District didnt know what theyre doing and "theyll take anything". Ill never step foot in that store again. Id advise others to do the same.
