5 /5 Rob V: If we could give a 10 we would. We’ve been with State Farm for a couple decades starting in Indiana both house and auto. Moved to Fl in 2015 staying with State Farm and never having a claim, then my wife was a pedestrian and struck by a vehicle in Lynn Haven, not familiar with a No Fault state and the process, Kirsten led us through the process explaining things and sending forms as needed, things went flawless.
Then 2 yrs later there was question about our homeowners insurance during an update to our policy. Once again Kirsten led us through the process sending photos, forms etc for us She continually checked on the status and kept us updated on our policy even though she didn’t have to. State Farm isn’t the cheapest insurance and I’m sure we could find cheaper but to find that level of customer service and caring would be highly doubtful. It’s people like her that keep us coming back and wanting to continue business there.
