2 /5 valoree: Had a ring with artists insignia polished there. When I got it back the insignia was gone. Too much polishing? Had an engagenent ring sized. Antique ring. They tumbled and chem. cleaned it w/out asking me. Duamknd bagguette came out. Bought an aquamarine ring. 6+ carat stone was described to me as "exquisite" for its color. Turned out it was colorized. I have given up. Why? When repairs are done, they soon wind up broken again. Restringing pearls they do well. But that is all!

5 /5 Christos Kantzavelos: My family has been long time customers of Jon Paul. From watches of all brands, bracelets, earrings you name it- he handled it all. When it came time for myself to research and purchase my fiances engagement ring and wedding band, I felt that there was no one better to trust with this process. I dont know much about diamonds and how to look for the proper details (color, cut, clarity) so the process seemed intimidating. I have never felt so comfortable in a purchasing process. The entire staff is VERY helpful and extremely well versed on their trade. My recent experience was this afternoon today with "Matt". He is the second generation owner and operator of Jon Paul Jewelers. What a smooth process it was sourcing and building my fiances wedding band of her dreams. He was very quick in answering all our questions and providing us with the info we needed to make sure we made her happy! Not once did we feel pressured or uncertain. Trust is very important when it comes down to big purchases, especially ones that hold so much value and meaning in a persons life- and there is NO ONE I would trust other than the staff at Jon Paul Jewelers. I look forward to doing business with them again and again in the future! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

sandra samaan: We had such a great experience at Keno Brothers Jewelers. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two adorable fur babies. Then we met Bruce-he was super friendly, and easy to talk to. We went in to sell some gold, already having a price in mind, but Bruce actually offered us more than we expected. He took the time to explain how gold pricing works and he gave us some great info on diamonds and watches too. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking to sell or buy. If you are in the market for a new watch this place should be at the top of your list. We left feeling really good about the whole experience.

Patricia Laino: Very disappointed with the place! I received this beautiful gift for my birthday and I trusted them to take it to this company to have it adjusted because it was a little big on me. They did it but it was not a good fit. I took it a second time and noticed that there was a chip on the Hamsa hand. I explained to Mrs. Angelica that I hadnt done it, that it was caused by the jewelry store. They insisted that it wasnt. I asked them to remove it and they polished it and destroyed the stone. I demanded that they replace the stone or return the $30 I had paid for the adjustment plus the $135 that the chain costs and the owners response was NO! I will never return to that place and I will not recommend it to anyone else!! Be careful when going there because they ruin precious gifts and dont offer solutions!
