1 /5 Duong Pham: Had us come in 5-6 times, driving back and fourth because they required more documents each time, and wouldn’t accept documents and had us get them again. Terrible service, laughed at us when we asked if there was any other way so that we don’t have to keep coming back. Seems like they don’t care about the elderly trying to apply for healthcare driving back and fourth each day for an hour just to only get denied because of “insufficient documents” needed to get healthcare.

5 /5 Brendan Tate: Most of the bad reviews are people that didnt qualify or didnt like the fact that they were given health insurance for free and needed more. This place is wonderful. The staff may come off a bit stern, but they have to be QUICK and they see SO MANY PEOPLE in a single day. They truly are wonderful people that work there, they are just busy! I will say that there can be long wait times (because, again, tons of people), so I HIGHLY SUGGEST setting an appointment for as early as you can get (I believe around 8AM) so you can get in quick.

I am so glad that state and federal governments gave more Medicaid funding and plans to help people instead of wasting time with this people are working at this office because they are ignorance. I am they are going to send fire Many of them people there office is empty.

1 /5 david driver: Had the worst experience of my life! I would NOT recommend a certain a case managers, in particular Rosario or “Maria.” I’m not certain which she goes by, but she is in the wrong business professionally. If helping people is the business you’re in.

1 /5 K L: Staff here looks for ways to treat ppl coming to them for help like garbage. At my last visit the woman literally said to me "I am not going to help you" . They are either trained to do this by UF or they hate what they do for a living so much they take it out on clients seeking aid. Either way it isnt my fault and I shouldnt be degraded by their miserable staff every single time I go there.
