  • Miles Supreme Fitnes (Private Personal Training Studio) - Tallahassee
Heather Hughes: Miles has been an absolute game changer for me. From day one, he brought incredible energy, knowledge, and genuine support into every session. He doesn’t just train he motivates, encourages, and truly cares about your goals. Miles has a way of pushing you past your limits without making it feel overwhelming. He takes the time to personalize each workout, listens to what your body needs, and celebrates every win, big or small. I’ve seen amazing progress not just physically, but mentally!
    Red Hills CrossFit - Tallahassee
Andrew Brannan: Visiting Tallahassee from Canada for 3 months I was warmly welcomed into the community. I chose Red Hills over other gyms for its intimate vibe and flexible membership options which compensate for the otherwise tighter space than most boxes. The space is tidy, clean, and organized without oppressive energy that nothing can ever be out of place and rules plastered everywhere like some gyms. 5 stars resoundingly earned.
BodyTrac Health & Fitness - Tallahassee
Katie Richardson: The owner of this establishment does not care if youre going through surgery, have a medical note in hand, hes so money hungry that hes just going to charge you anyways. I was upfront about my neck and back issues and was promised that I would be able to get out of the contract if my doctors recommended. They dont care at all about their clients wellbeing, its all about the money.
    Burn Boot Camp - Tallahassee
Marla Blair: I have been a member for almost 6 years and I cannot recommend this gym enough. Trainers are encouraging and the community is so supportive. Child care is provided for those with kids and meeting with a trainer is included. Workouts are planned for you to do in a group setting and contain plenty of variety to keep you interested. There are always modifications for ANY fitness level. Don’t wait to give it a try!
Gym Force Gymnastics & Aerial Arts - Tallahassee
Suzanne Maiorano: It was my first visit. The kids seem to have a good time. The teacher did her best, teaching and actually showing them how to do handstands, cartwheels and balance beam. My only negative comment would be that she needs an assistant. It would be hard for anyone to give individual attention to so many small children without help. Overall I enjoyed watching grandchildren learning how to do new things.
    Tallahassee Rock Gym - Tallahassee
Kevin Malfa: This is a fun way to get a workout. Dont overdo your first few visits. Theres a ton of routes and challenges to work on. You can climb high with a belay partner but there are so many bouldering options. They change up there routes regularly to keep things fresh.
    Total Fitness Resolution - Tallahassee
    Turning Point Fitness - Williston
Zeek Almirall: Great gym! Love how it’s not crazy crowded at all times. I definitely will stay even when the anytime fitness gets built but it would be great if they can add more mirrors to check form. That’s the only thing I don’t like
    Anytime Fitness - Chiefland
Justin Standifer: Good gym but no good music on the Rockbot jukebox app. Tried to play Alabama, Hank Williams Jr, David Allan Coe, & Little Texas & none were available.
    Bronson Yoga - Bronson
C.A. Caldwell: A great place to practice yoga and martial arts!
