1 /5 Tracy Gonzalez-Batzel: Very unprofessional. Had an appointment Tuesday and it was rescheduled to today (Thursday) as she had an emergency and I understand things happen. I called today explained had a appointment at 130 she would get the message to Karen and she would call me, 30 minutes go by nothing. I call office again and she stated she left her a voice mail and doesn’t know what is going on but will call her again. I waited another hour and now know one answers at the office. I completely get things happen that are out of your control but at least let potential clients know what is going on.

1 /5 Kathy Blair: I would not even have given 1 star but 0 was not an option. I needed a Trust set up. Initial appointment was before Christmas. Heard nothing for over 1 month so called in Feb. They said they were working on it. I called in March they would check and call me back. Finally set an appointment at the end of March. Not only was Ms Gaffney not in attendance, there was no Trust. All they had was a re-make of my Will which, without the Trust, was worthless and contained many mistakes. They somehow felt justified in charging over $400 anyway!
