1 /5 Adrianne Hooker: I was referred to this law firm by my ER physician after being involved in a car accident in November 2023, and I can honestly say it’s the worst decision I’ve made. From the beginning, communication has been nearly nonexistent. I rarely get updates unless I call, and when I do, it often takes several days to hear back with little to no progress shared.
I was escalated to a Client Service Director (twice) who assured me hed reach out with regular updates, which he did not.
It feels like the paralegals are left to manage everything on their own with minimal oversight. Even when I escalate concerns, nothing seems to change. A promise is made to communicate, and that promise is brokern...every single time.
Meanwhile, two others involved in the same accident — both represented by a DIFFERENT law firm — have settled their cases months ago, even going to mediation, which I advised against.
The update (as of late) I consistently receive (when I reach out) is that theyre “waiting to hear back from vendors,” which has been the excuse for a couple months now. I do find it strange the attorneys of the other involved parties didnt have any problems reaching the very same vendors (again, they settled months ago).
I expected a more professional, proactive, and supportive experience. Instead, I’ve been left feeling ignored, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied.
I do not feel like a valued client, and I would not recommend this firm to anyone based on my experience.
