They tell you they dont know the market, because they dont, no one does and if they say they do stay away from them, they are a fraud. They can only base their decisions on history. I have been with Merrill Lynch for almost a year, and have had no issues yet. I have my bank account with Bank of America who owns Merrill Lynch and I like the way they migrate together.
