1 /5 Eli Montgomery: 3.5 months trying to get insurance on the same house they already covered. Multiple incorrect quotes and undercoverage that I had to point out to be corrected. Many long delays which only got answered after I contacted them again to ask for updates. In the end I had to go to another broker to get the process done. The other broker took 9 days from fresh start to finish. I got higher coverage with lower deductible and lower price for elsewhere. Killingsworth was at 3 and half months and counting.
However do to Killingsworth continued delays and mistakes the insurance had not kicked in by the time I needed coverage leaving me to cover $50k in cost.
