Although, I have never needed to retain the services of Koberlein Law Offices, I have referred friends to his office over the hears and as recently as the last few months. Each of those individuals had the same experience. Whether they met with Fred Koberlein Sr. or Jr., these individuals were provided with very straightforward answers to their questions and each felt as though there was a personal interest in their case/potential case and their well-being. All communication was very timely and courteous. Their office was even able to accommodate a virtual meeting for a friend who was out of state for military duty. Jade Noblecilla: Was very thrilled to read the outstanding reviews. Helping a friend of mine I began calling around & I reached out. I was shocked when they told me ( within the 1st 60 seconds) $500 for a consultation and a $20k retainer fee upfront before accepting any type of child custody or parental rights case. Such a shame the kids in moderate to low income situations will never have the benefit of representation from such a great law firm. One more thing money CAN buy; your childs rights. *Edit ; as requested. While I understand the message of " you get what you pay for " that you are trying to convey, that message has no bearing on my original review or interaction with this firm. In fact, I feel like this response just confirms my original statement. Once the well rehearsed statement of upfront fees was given ( the next statement after the greeting ) perhaps a mention of how to find affordable options, self help libraries or alternative resources available for families in need would have made me feel like that paragraph you wrote about giving back to the community ( for reasons outside of gain) would be true and this review wouldnt exist. I would like to remind you I still give credit to the talent in this firm. I called here for a reason. Reviews are about experiences you have with the location or business & this was mine. I am not the only one who has experienced this. I hope sharing my experience may give us all a voice and, in a perfect world, make a small change for the better.

We have 3 babies in diapers and paid hundreds of dollars over the past several years for consultations and he assured me that he would represent us if we needed him. Well, when the time came he crawled away like a little dog with its tail between his legs without any care at all and wouldn’t even speak to my face about an explanation, suggestion or referral. I’m sure he must have been the same kind of husband and father too. I have never seen a more pathetic and disgraceful man in my life.

Thatboiiiaaron: Go for someone else. Simple marajuana charges turned to 2 years probation. First charges shoulda been dropped as he pushed court dates for 9 months and still charged 2500. Shoulda been dropped in the first 2 months simply to my marajuana card not being valid due to bills and life circumstances. By the way this was my first time being arrested! No communication really. Go somewhere else! All he ever did was just text me and says I got it. Second charge he never talk to me about anything just realized they never read me my Miranda rights on the second arrest. Never peaked an interested at my cases nor asked me any questions while showing up 35-40 mins late for court for the last 6 months of the case. I say go for someone else. Save your money.

Linda Belanger: After my fall accident while on vacation I had broken my shoulder in 3 spots and tore multiple tendons. I called Michael Babboni and even though I was out of state and did not physically meet him until a year into the process I felt that he was on top of my case. He returned my calls promptly and guided me through the process completely. I had to have 3 surgeries and 182 physical therapy visits. He was very knowledgeable in the law and dealing with insurance company. If needed I would use him again.

tenabell Harvell: When me and my son met with Mr.Rios he had our hopes up so much. He said he was going to do so much and that he could take care of this for us.Had us believing he was going to be on top of this case and get some bogus charges dropped and get my son’s license back....He was emailing the states attorney while we were there.Told us that this case was so easy that he wasn’t even going to charge us the regular price..We left his office feeling so confident and happy.Then ....nothing..We did not hear from this man or his office for months...we would call to try and see what was going on and apparently he continued to just continue or r/s the court dates..We didnt know anything...Finally after 6months or so of not hearing from him I called and asked the receptionist if we needed to find another attorney or what..He eventually set up another meeting with us and when we got there he basically didnt even remember what the case was about..all the stuff we spoke about at that 1st meeting was out the window..We went to court and he was a no show..I could go on and on...he wanted more money so I paid him more money...When we finally did meet the man for the big court date,nothing went as he had originally stated..No charges were ever dropped,one of them changed to a different charge but nothing dropped.My son still does not have a license,he will not return any calls...Dont waste your time here folks..Maybe our case wasnt big enough, idk what happened?? He should have never took the case or either he should of resigned as our attorney if he wasnt going to do a damn thing or didnt have time.Big disappointment..
