Harold Stafford: The Branch Manager at the Hunters Creek Location and her Loan person Joel are both the rudest people. She was horrible to me on the phone addressed me and told me I didn’t understand the difference between net and gross and I already had an existing loan with then, and was only doing a refinance. The Branch manager is rude, unprofessional, and down right not a people person. The loan officer never called me back even after 4 messages left for him. I have spoken with corporate customer care and the district about this situation. They seem to be very professional. However it doesn’t change the way this branch manager and loan officer spoke to me and how rude and unprofessional they are. STAY AWAY from this location. You will regret any dealings you have with this location. Go elsewhere. Try a different location maybe you will have a better experience. But not this one. These people are horrible and rude.
