Dawn Wedgwood: Latoya is an adjuster with progressive. If you get this person for your adjuster immediately request a different person. Latoya is rude,confrontational,and simply a bully. She will hang up on you for asking questions. She doesnt take the clients version of the accident and definitely doesnt look out for the client. Im forced to continue to pay for my policy currently but will be definitely moving to a different insurance company after being a client for many years. Do not trust this company, Ive left many messages with her superiors to no avail. Disgusting company practices.
