As far as getting in the way of small busineshes also let her daughter and son-in-law harass the neighborhood the living going through a lot of ways. Code enforcement, the sheriff departmen the courthouse to harass the neighborhood or her neighbor. She not only went to the courthouse to put a stocking order on me because I wanted to recall her from office for her poor.
Behavior Which I dont understand why people are letting this happen. But its a small town.
