They are completely unhelpful and refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes when things go wrong. Instead of taking responsibility, they make little to no effort to correct the issues. They assign you a so-called "personal assistant" who seems to have less expertise than an AI chatbot, and who offers no meaningful support throughout the process. Their lack of professionalism and accountability could seriously jeopardize your case. There are far better, more competent attorneys out there—don’t risk your immigration status by choosing this

My wife emailed the attorney Ramirez-Raymond on my behalf as this is something that I do not like to talk about and to our suprise she actually cared enough to respond. My wife emailed her all the documentation requested that we had available. Attorney Ramirez Raymond again responded and stated she would review the record. We have not received a response from her at this time however, my check-in date with ICE was yesterday and I was allowed to come back home and given a new date. My wife has emailed Ramirez-Raymond again given her the update. We are hoping to receive a response from her and hopefully come to an agreement on a path to solve my situation as I have been given 3 months to leave the country.
