    Gisell Roche: I’m from Hillsborough County I understand that the norms are different in each county but I will say that without a doubt the people in that office are the rudest people I have ever spoken to before. Public defender doesn’t bother to communicate with her clients. Her assistant is beyond rude when speaking to you. you try to have a normal conversation and you get badgered saying that you’re arguing. It’s pointless to work there if you’re gonna be miserable and not help people out. I’m so sorry to the assistant to the public defenders or to the public defenders but if you guys are so miserable working there, quit and find a different job because you guys aren’t doing your job and helping people out at all. all you’re doing is sending innocent people to jail because you don’t communicate.

Sometimes life gets in the way and if you have missed an appointment they will politely remind you to get it done. Staff is very friendly and Terry Gross delivered way beyond my expectations at settlement. This team will go out of their way to help you, is well connected, and overall great people to be around or speak to. DO NOT call those ambulance chasers you hear on the radio. Gross and Schuster is the team to call. Terry, Mallory, Patti, Jen, and Beth Made sure all Is were dotted and Ts crossed through the entire process. I could go on forever about how great they are.
