He thoroughly explained everything regarding the case, not just once, but throughout the process. He was prompt in responding to my emails with questions or just wondering what the status of the case. The insurance company first wanted to payout a much lower number than I deserved (typical), and Jaeson got the full amount. I would say that my deserved payout was probably a smaller amount than other cases hes done, but he treated me and worked with me as if it were a much bigger payout, giving time and attention.
