1 /5 K C: Extremely rude, felt unwanted. Was on the search for my daughter’s first piece of jewelry. She’s 11. Our deal was we would find something on our trip to Disney the last day. Hollywood being our last park, we stopped in. We have been at the park all day, so I’m sure not looking our best. I walked around forever thinking someone would help. One lady finally helped us look at the Kendra Scott small area. However she wanted pandora. Very little interaction from anyone at the actual pandora counter. A cashier helped once and seemed like we were bothering her. My daughter kept looking around, until I finally had enough of getting no help. The only help we got was from a lady I wish I new her name, dark headed, middle age, I asked if they had a pandora ring I had on my finger she looked at me like I was bothering her and said NO we don’t have that, as she was walking away, I asked about another one I had on, and asked if it was the same one in the case, she said yes and walked away and helped someone else. I was at this point getting furious. I came ready to purchase and have a first time experience with my daughter. Horrible absolutely horrible coustmer service. 0 ratings ZERO!!. I would not recommend this store at all. Worst experience I had my whole Disney trip, and the only bad experience the entire week. I refused to spend a dollar with how rude, and how they would light up and be so friendly to anyone who didn’t look like they had baked in the sun all day and rode rides with their kids!!!! Needless to say we went to Disney Springs. We had a wonderful experience at Kendra Scott where my child was made feel special and wanted in the store. We left with a Davie pendant necklace, Haven necklace, and a pair of earrings. Wonderful experience! Pandora was wanted but I will shop from our local jeweler for my pandora needs, as they have never made me feel unwanted in the store. I do not leave reviews hardly ever, and never a bad one. However this experience days later still has me upset!
Personal conversations take precedence over guests. By no means, was I looking for anything other than a pandora sales associate,to acknowledge us in the store. A simple can I help you find anything, or are you looking for anything specific, or we will be right with you, even a simple how are you. Rudeness was all that was given! The coustmer service I witnessed last week, was pitiful. Not many will be willing to spend a 100+ dollars in a store when they feel they are unwanted by the sales team. All of Disney’s surveys at the end of the call, ask “How likely are you to hire the last cast member you spoke with”? Aways a 5. Disney has the best coustmer service ever. Phenomenal! I would not hire one employee from this location, to even sweep my floors!
