Julie Lyncker: Called and got a quote for exactly what I have on the policy I have now. I drove an hour to get there and the quote was $500 more than what I was quoted over the phone. I called them twice before I got there to make sure I was getting the same coverage just to be told differently when I showed up. When I got there I did not see the man I spoke with but was helped by a lady at the front desk that obviously didn’t want to help me. I even called and talked to the man and told him what time I was coming to make sure he would be available. It’s very disappointing because I have had the same insurance for 20 years and took a chance on this business because of such a lower rate. I should have known better. It’s the dishonesty that has me upset the most.
