DYLAN WILD: Was on the selling side of a deal that they totally dropped. They promised the buyer approval and couldn’t make it work with a lender AFTER extending the contract. They moved to another lender in there “network” told the buyer it would get approved and the day before closing told us they couldn’t make the deal work. Danny the “Luchador Team manager” was AWFUL. He told me not to call anymore, lead the buyer on, and the worst communicator. Stay far away from this company and the “Luchador Team”
