2 /5 Fog R “Fogster”: The clerk was sitting there not calling anyone. Very unfriendly. I walked up to the window and ask if she was open. She asked if there was anyone else waiting. We were the only people waiting, at all. The rudest public servant weve met thus far in Florida.

5 /5 Terry Crockett: Ive been here a couple of times and its been quick and easy - in and out in 15 minutes. Theres literally little to no wait. I come from larger towns/cities where going to the DMV takes a big chunk of your day, so Im thrilled with the Levy County DMV. I had the same great experience at the property tax office! Everyone was friendly and efficient.

1 /5 Faith Story: I came in to get an estimate on how much it was going to cost for me to get my tag renewed. I then at that moment found out my license has been suspended, she told me the total was 150 something dollars was very rude. I didn’t want to get into it with her so I told her I don’t need those papers and I walked out respectfully and quietly. I just went back today. We came back with 150 something dollars like she said and she told me the total was 190 something I told her that the last time I saw her she said 150 something she stated that was the price only for my license, which is not what I told her I needed. Today she stated that the last time I had yelled at her and was rude to her, so I asked her for her bosses number so I got the extension. I tried calling it three times and I got hung up on from Miss Chloe’s supervisor. This is the most disgusting treatment of a human being with Autism that I have ever seen in my entire life. You guys need to have representatives that understand that not everybody deals with people in the same way, and they cannot lie and treat people the way that Chloe treated me. I wanted to request that all of the cameras and footage is beef called but again I got hung up on by her boss three times. Please get representatives that are good with everybody and every type of person in a community please and thank you.
