We both had to file differently this year and were confused in several different areas when we came in. JJ handled my taxes and Jennifer handled his. They both went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us to receive the maximum amount. They each took their time and were very professional and accommodating. I am very thankful for these two hardworking ladies as they really made a huge difference in the refund amount by asking questions and finding answers if they were unsure of something. She made sure she explained everything I didn’t understand as well as made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend liberty tax and Miss Phillip. Please go see them because they get the job done.
