    Talia Whitfield: There is a lady who sits by the front door named Renee that just stares through your soul. She was just sitting there doing absolutely nothing with a creepy smile on her face. As I was waiting in line I thought to ask her about opening an account assuming the teller would refer me to her anyway. She was very dismissive, non engaging, and condescending . Almost as if she didnt want me to open an account. I just left after that because it was that uncomfortable. Horrible customer service.
