The most recent order was the ring and, while it took a little longer than anticipated, Liry’s communicated with me often to ensure where in the process the ring was and when I should receive it. It was an anniversary gift and despite it being a little late, the time and detail, as well the communication Liry’s spent on the ring, made my husband and I love it more. I will definitely be giving Liry’s my future business and refer everyone I know to them for quality jewelry. We plan to visit the actual store (we live about 2-2.5hrs away) in the near future but I will continue to order online as well!

Got my engagement ring and the prongs were off, not symmetrical and probably not as secure on the stone. Fine- sent it in to be repaired and adjusted. Waited 2 weeks, came back even WORSE. Brilliant earth has fine products. Brilliant earth has awful quality control and probably less experienced jewelers doing repairs. I took my ring to a repair at Citris Park mall, he repaired it in 90 minutes, better than it has ever looked, for 35$. Love my ring. Will never ever be sending it back to brilliant earth or probably never purchasing with them either.

Wilderies Rodríguez: Terrible customer service! I called ahead to check their closing time and arrived there with enough time before their closing time. When I got there, the door was closed, and they were inside, signaling me that they were closed. I called them over the phone again and reminded them that they had told me they were open earlier. They said they were “closed now”. I went back to my car and saw a group of people walk in, they opened the door for them. However, they couldn’t open the door for me. Maybe it’s because I’m not Cuban like them... I called back and told the lady that they couldn’t open the door for me, but they just opened it for that group of people. She said, “Well, you can come in now.” No, ma’am, no thank you. I don’t want to do business with people who are so irresponsible. If that’s how they treat potential customers, I don’t want any business with them.

Anna Soul: This jeweler is dishonest and a scammer. I brought a ring for resizing and was convinced to buy an insurance. After a month after resizing the ring several stones fell out. The owner told me it’s because I hit my hand on something which I didn’t. Obviously he didn’t do a good job making sure the stones are strongly held. I had insurance that I bought from him and he replaced the stones but later I found out that these were not real diamonds that were originally in the ring but diamond dust set in resin. Beware! He is a scammer!
