1 /5 karen jenkins: I switched insurance companies because their premium almost doubled, I spoke to a girl in the office on 4-5-22, to let her know and she sent out cancellation paperwork for me to sign. She was very nice & professional. I called at 5:35 just now after speaking to my mortgage co who said they already paid them and to call them to send back the check. The female who answered was extremely rude and very nasty toned to me after I told her why I was calling, she informed me (by my name) she was closed & already home and had the phones forwarded to her there and CAN’T help me, speaking nicely would’ve been appreciated!! Business hours on website say close at 6 pm. She spoke harshly to me as if I was a child being reprimanded and told me to call the office tomorrow and hung up on me. I will let everyone I know to never have dealings with this agency or this very nasty & apparently unhappy person. I truly feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her!! Shame on this kind of treatment being acceptable to a client or anyone. Really makes me happy I shopped around after getting my policy and huge increase in premium. I’d advise everyone else to do the same. If I could give no stars for rating I most certainly would. She is awful!!
