I worked with Betsy who was fast to quote and an insanely competent communicator.Betsy had a thorough quote created in minutes and answered my questions immediately. No let me check, or I’ll have to get back to you, which I encountered at two other firms. And the cherry on top her quote was hundreds less than Progressive and Citizens. Thank you for a great job!

5 /5 Ted Dennis: After literally getting no response from other St. Lucie County agencies, Alex Martinez disrupted his lunch plans to work on my auto insurance quote. There is no substitute for a dependable, independant insurance agent when getting new coverage or replacing existing policies where the rate has been "ratcheted up" over time because a carrier knows its just easier for you to renew. My familys quote was complex and Im sure took Alex additional time and energy to get a competitive rate. Trade-in your big company direct plan for one managed by a local agent - even if its the same carrier. Great customer service means everything.
