1 /5 Janna K: I came to the shop to fix bad workmanship from another jeweler. The lady, was very nice and tried to be helpful. Then her husband, the owner, showed up. When he took a look he immediately put on a snobby face. Making it clear it was not worth his time. He even asked his wife why she was still talking to me, while she was trying to provide at least some level of customer service. It’s okay to turn down customers, but learn how to do it gracefully. Disgusting.
Another jeweler estimated over $1000 for repair. Apparently, it’s not worth of bother for this shop.
