Terrina Coleman: The lady who helped me today was very nice HOWEVER, there was a man there on the computer clearly not sober and kept yelling he needed help WITH a cig in his mouth….. and the worker kept going over and helping him delaying the people who have been waiting in line. I also don’t like to see how they treat the older generation as they aren’t comfortable on desk tops and ask silly questions but the employees should know that patience is a lot more respected thn attitude :)
