1 /5 Jessie Smith: Recently refinanced my current loan. I was initially told I was approved for an extra 1000 dollars. We couldnt close that particular day being that it was the end of business so had to start over the next day. I had to resubmit all my info only to have underwriters say they could only approve me for 200 dollars. Their reason was my pay history but somebody shouldve caught that before saying I was approved for a 1000..... mind you I do make my payments.The closing process took forever being that the Associate didnt even reach out to me until the end of day. All in all just a bad experience. It doesnt really matter what my thoughts are, these companies are gonna do what they want anyway.
