I lost set of bangles given to me by my grandmother with lots of sentimental value and they artistically replicated a beautiful set for me. When she and I went in to find a replacement set they were patient, understanding, and so considerate during the process to ensure to make them perfectly. They were also able to repair a family heirloom and make it look brand new. Their attention to details and professionalism are priceless. He is friendly, reliable and warm with his customers. He also explained what he was doing with the jewelry as he was doing it which was entertaining. He fixed one of my items right when I walked in and the other item only took a couple hours. Then he cleaned both items and they both look incredible, like new! Photos don’t do the jewelry justice!
