1 /5 N C: Wouldnāt recommend dealing with or even insuring with based off all the poor reviews Iām reading and the extremely poor experience I had.
I ended up getting rear ended by one of their motoristās, I put a claim in with my insurance company and then I couldnt get a hold of Mercury for at least 3 weeks after the incident I went to file a claim with Mercury to only find out the kid didnāt even put in a claim (considering his car was way more messed up than mine due to his own fault) but thatās besides the point. I made a claim with their claims department the chick I was originally dealing with couldnāt spell Cloud correctly there for i wasnāt receiving any paperwork or documentation from Mercury insurance regarding my claim and still have no paperwork from them except the estimate paperwork sent via text. Customer Service is a joke they canāt help stated āonly your assigned adjuster could helpā The adjuster that was assigned to my claim was a complete nightmare from the start not correcting my information after I stated it to her multiple times to ignoring my 20+ phone calls along with voicemails for 4 MONTHS . Thatās not only completely unprofessional but rude, so instead of working with me she sent me an extremely low ball offer for the damage. Mercury didnāt physically go out and look and touch my vehicle like my insurance company did, so Iām not sure how they got the piss poor estimate price, paints more expensive than $78 and a new bumper is more than what they estimated. So instead of being a company who works with people they just shoo you off.
